A property describes the physical accommodation. Its vacation-rental operation describes how it is sold and operated. Channel connection depends on both being complete.

Open the correct operation#

  1. Open Operations.
  2. Select the operation associated with the property you created or imported.
  3. Keep the property name visible while completing each section so you do not edit another accommodation.
  4. Use the Dashboard pending tasks to return to the exact section that is missing.

Information to review#

Rental basics#

Confirm capacity, layout, schedules, and other operating conditions. Imported data is a starting point, not confirmation that it remains correct.

Enter only identifiers that apply to the property and verify their format. If you do not know which obligation applies, consult the responsible professional before treating a provisional value as final.

Effective company and owner#

Confirm which company or owner should appear on the operation and its documents. On plans with owner payouts, complete bank details through the authorized workflow; do not copy them from informal messages.

Beds and capacity#

Record the real bed configuration. Verify that total capacity does not contradict the property, listing, or applicable rules.

Key handover#

Define the handover method and necessary operational information. Do not enter sensitive codes in fields or text that could be shown to unauthorized users.

Guest procedures#

Complete instructions that should appear in the guest experience. Review their language, publication timing, and scope before relying on them.

OTA listing data#

Add Booking.com or Airbnb only when you can identify the correct listing. Its identifier and URL must belong to this operation.

Expected result#

The corresponding pending tasks disappear or become complete when required data is coherent. Before continuing to pricing and channel connection, reopen the operation and confirm that every section shows the saved information.

If a task remains pending#

Do not mark it resolved without checking the data it evaluates. Open the task from the dashboard, review validation, and save again. If the content appears complete but the task does not change, request help with the operation, task, and approximate time; do not duplicate the property to bypass the problem.
