Your profile identifies the person who works in Holidario. Do not use a company name, job title, or shared account as the personal name.
Update your profile#

- Open the user menu and select Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Review your name, bio, phone, country and address of residence, and identity number.
- Add or review your signature when your work requires it.
- Save the changes and wait for the profile-updated message.
The form requires its mandatory details and validates a Spanish identity document when the country of residence is Spain. The sign-in email is read-only for a normal user. If it is wrong, do not create another identity or try to replace it in a different field: request the correction through the account's support channel.
If the form does not save#
- Correct every highlighted field; closing the notice is not enough.
- Enter a real phone number and address, not temporary text.
- Check whether the identity document is already linked to another account.
- If a signature image fails, use a valid JPG, PNG, or AVIF file and try once more.
- If the email is the problem, ask for help without sending a password or a complete copy of the identity document.
Object to product-improvement metrics#
Holidario uses pseudonymous technical events to determine which workflows complete or fail. They contain no names, email addresses, user or team identifiers, IP addresses, free text or entered content.
To exclude your future actions:
- Open Profile > Settings.
- Find Privacy and product improvement.
- Enable Exclude my activity from product-improvement metrics.
- Save the preference and wait for the confirmation message.
The exclusion is personal, applies across every team where you use that account, and disables no service function. You can allow metrics again by clearing the option. The Privacy Policy explains the legal basis, minimized data and retention period.
Three different language concepts#

- Documentation language: selected on this help site.
- Team operational language: configured by an administrator for shared internal processes; it is not a profile preference.
- Guest or public-content language: configured in its own workflow and not changed by the operational language.
The operational language currently supports Spanish and English. If you are responsible for configuring it, use the focused guide Configure the team's operational language. Changing it does not automatically translate existing data or content written by other people.
Current interface boundary#
The profile does not include a personal selector for the language of the whole application. If the interface language is not what you expect, tell the administrator or support. Do not change the shared operational language to try to fix the interface, because that affects shared internal processes.
Final check#
Reopen the profile and confirm the saved details. Testing the operational language belongs to team configuration, not this personal check.
