Your personal account can belong to several teams. Each team is a separate context for properties, people, permissions, notifications, and subscription.
Switch teams#

- Finish or save your open work.
- Open the user menu and select Switch team.
- Choose the correct agency or account.
- Wait for the successful-switch message.
- Confirm the team name before opening the next record.
You can also review Profile > Overview > Member of and switch from there. The list contains only teams your account belongs to.
What changes#
After a switch, Holidario uses the roles and authorizations from that team. The notification inbox, its preferences, the plan, and available features also change. A role in one agency does not grant the same role in another.
Do not keep two tabs working in different agencies. After switching, refresh or close older tabs to avoid acting in a context you no longer expect.
Data Processing Agreement acceptance is also separate for each team. If the destination team has not accepted the current version, Holidario opens its review page before showing private areas. A person permitted to manage that team can accept it; everyone else must contact the team administrator. Use Sign in and recover access to complete or recover that step.
If the team is missing#
- Check that you signed in with the invited email address.
- Look under Profile > Overview for a pending invitation.
- If you have not accepted it, follow the invitation process.
- If you were removed, ask the administrator to add you again.
- If the team says your access is disabled, only that agency's administrator can re-enable it.
If you expected another team#
If the agency already exists, do not create another one: request an invitation from the correct administrator. If you are the owner or administrator who needs a distinct commercial account, use the focused guide Request another team or account. Invited workers and external providers do not need to administer this process.
Security check#
The check passes when you can switch between your teams, see modules appropriate to each role, and cannot access a URL or record from another agency in the wrong team. If you see someone else's data, stop viewing it and report it immediately.
