The Sede Registradores connection and Mercantile Registry credential screen are legacy and no longer available in Holidario. Do not upload or replace a certificate for this integration and do not expect provider authentication, presentation retrieval, or notification actions to run.
The retained code historically called this credential Mercantile Registry Data. It remains only for accountability and must not be re-enabled without a reviewed code change and a fresh privacy/compliance assessment.
Who must be involved#
- Agency Confirm authority Name the administrator, certificate custodian, notification owner, and operations/NRA scope.
- Certificate Do not send the certificate Do not transfer the file or password for this integration: Holidario no longer uses them.
- Holidario Integration retired It does not configure credentials, authenticate, or retrieve Registry presentations or notices.
- Agency Handle outside Holidario Manage presentations and pending acceptances through the organization’s current external procedure.
- Custody Plan renewal Record holder, expiry, and coordination if the certificate is also used by another service.
In the external procedure that replaces the retired connection:
- a team administrator;
- the authorized holder or custodian of the certificate;
- the person responsible for reviewing registry communications;
- an adviser or registry contact when scope or representation must be decided.
Holidario does not make a user an authorized representative or decide who may accept a notification.
Certificate and credentials#
Holidario no longer needs or uses the Mercantile Registry certificate, its password, or the external account for this integration. Do not send them to Holidario through any channel, including a support ticket.
If your organization uses them in its external procedure, keep the following outside Holidario:
- the holder's identity and the internal authorization to use the certificate;
- the expiry date and the person responsible for renewal;
- the person designated for pending notifications;
- the list of operations and NRAs the organization reviews in the registry.
Certificate shared with another service#
Before the retirement, Holidario offered to copy the certificate configured for SES Hospedajes when Sede Registradores did not yet have one. That option is no longer shown. A copy made earlier does not prove that both services should use the same holder or certificate.
If your organization uses the same certificate for SES Hospedajes in Holidario and for its external registry procedure, coordinate renewal and any holder change across both. Changing the SES Hospedajes certificate does not affect any Sede Registradores connection, because that connection no longer exists.
What an earlier state does not prove#
A credential or configured state saved before the retirement only indicated that Holidario held a password and keys extracted from the file. It does not re-enable the integration or prove:
- that the external account is active;
- that the certificate remains valid;
- that its holder can access every expected presentation;
- that a notification was received or accepted;
- that an NRA is valid.
After the retirement#
Holidario does not offer a connection check or the Sede Registradores integration screen. Review presentations, payments, and notifications pending acceptance directly in Sede Registradores through your organization's current external procedure.
Do not expect Holidario to synchronize registry presentations, notifications, payments, or SEPA remittances.
If you still see this integration#
If a screen, warning, or state for this integration appears, do not try to configure it, replace the certificate, or accept anything from Holidario. Report it to support with the team, time, and what is shown. Do not include the password, keys, cookies, downloaded documents, or personal data.
Current boundary#
The Sede Registradores connection is retired and its configuration is not a supported journey. Offering it again would require a reviewed code change and a fresh privacy/compliance assessment.
