Manual creation is the dependable first-property path for a new external account. It creates the physical property record only; it does not create a live channel connection or prove that a vacation-rental operation is complete.

Before you start#

Use a computer with a wide screen and confirm the correct team is active. You need permission to create properties and room under the plan's property limit.

Prepare:

  • the internal property name and exact postal address;
  • approximate size in square metres;
  • cadastral reference, if available;
  • year built, floor, rooms, bathrooms, orientation, condition, and useful building details;
  • photographs you are authorized to use.

Search Properties first so you do not create a duplicate for an accommodation that already exists.

Open the manual form#

  1. Open Properties.
  2. Select Create property. If you started from the first-property task, choose its manual-creation option.
  3. On an Owner account, choose your own named account in Owner. The Owner plan has one team member; do not create another user or an Agency workflow for this field.

Complete the basic information#

  1. Enter a recognizable Name. It is required and accepts up to 255 characters.
  2. Search for the Address, select the correct result, and verify the map position. The address is required and accepts up to 255 characters.
  3. Add an optional Description of up to 1,000 characters.
  4. Enter Size as a number of at least 1.
  5. Add the optional Cadastral reference when you have verified it.
  6. Select the truthful property type. A vacation-rental home will normally be Residential; do not select Commercial simply to avoid a residential field.

Complete residential details#

For Residential, the form requires:

  • Year built: a whole year from 1901 through the current year;
  • Condition: new, good, or needs renovation;
  • Floor: a whole number of 0 or greater;
  • Rooms and Bathrooms: whole numbers of 0 or greater;
  • at least one Orientation value.

The energy rating, building name, entrance, door, and features are optional. Add only information you can verify.

If the real construction year is 1900 or earlier, or the real floor cannot be represented by a non-negative number, do not invent a value or change the property type to pass validation. Stop and report the field through the onboarding channel agreed for your account; the current form cannot truthfully represent that case.

Add photos and save#

You may add up to 50 images. Use current photographs, remove duplicates, and do not upload identity documents, access codes, or images you are not allowed to publish.

  1. Add the photographs and wait until every image has finished processing.
  2. Drag a photograph to another position or use its arrow buttons. The number on each card shows the position that will be saved.
  3. Put the intended cover photograph first. The same order is reused by the public listing, carousels, and other views that display the gallery.
  4. If you add a new photograph between saved ones, order it in the same way: the form keeps one sequence for new and existing photographs.

Review the owner, name, address, map, type, capacity-related details, and photos. Then save once, wait for the property page to open, and do not leave the form while an image is still processing.

Verify the saved property#

Confirm that:

  • the property appears once in Properties;
  • the owner, name, address, and map location are correct;
  • residential details and photographs match the accommodation;
  • the first photograph is the intended cover and every remaining photograph retains the exact saved order;
  • no validation error remains hidden in another form step.

The property is now recorded, not ready for sale. Continue with Create a property's rental operation.

Recover from a block#

  • Property limit reached: review the active team and plan; do not delete a real property to bypass the limit.
  • Your account is missing from Owner: stop and verify the team. Do not assign the property to an unrelated member.
  • Address or map is wrong: search and select the address again before saving; do not accept a nearby location for convenience.
  • A required real value is rejected: preserve the truthful value and report the exact field and error. Do not falsify operational data.
  • A photograph does not finish processing: do not save yet. Remove the card showing the error, select the file again, and wait for it to finish.
  • The cover or order is wrong after saving: edit the property again, drag the photographs or use the arrows, save once, and reload to verify the complete sequence.
  • The property already exists: use the existing record and verify its operation instead of creating a second copy.
