Share the guest check-in link

Each reservation has a signed link that lets the guest review their stay and register travellers without signing in. Treat it as private access to the reservation.

Open and check the link#

1. Find and verify the reservation.
2. Under Actions, open Guest Check-in Link.
3. Confirm that the expected reference, accommodation, and dates appear.
4. Select Add guest check-in.
5. In Travelling with other people?, use the copy button to obtain the check-in link.

Do not edit link parameters. Its signature protects the reservation, and any change may invalidate it.

Alternative from the Holidario Assistant#

If the tenant enabled the Internal Support Agent and this capability appears for your user, first find the reservation by the guest's full name or exact reference. Then ask for the private guest check-in link, select Prepare private link on the card, and use Open private link or Copy private link.

On mobile, the Assistant opens in Holidario's full-screen modal: its header and message field stay fixed while only the conversation scrolls. You can type while Holidario creates or restores the session; Send becomes available when the authorized session is ready. If you dismiss the keyboard or move focus away to check the reference, tap the ordinary message field again as often as needed and continue the same draft.

Holidario generates the signed URL at that moment after rechecking your access and returns it directly to the browser; it is not sent to the AI provider. This alternative does not modify the reservation and needs no action confirmation. For a past stay, the assistant explicitly offers Get the reservation link (anonymized view; check-in is no longer available) rather than live check-in access. If the reservation is cancelled, has no check-out date, you can no longer read its event, or the recent reference is over 60 minutes old, find it again or use the normal path above.

Share it safely#

• send it to the verified reservation contact through an agency-approved channel;
• do not post it in open groups, shared notes, or incidents visible to providers;
• explain that each traveller must enter their own accurate details;
• ask the guest not to forward it outside their party;
• do not include identity documents or other data in the message when the secure form already collects it.

Anyone with the link can access limited reservation information and register travellers until it expires. No password is required.

Correct party order#

1. Register an adult first.
2. Register the remaining adults.
3. Register minors after an adult exists, because the form requires a family relationship and responsible adult.
4. Compare the registered count with the reservation's expected party size.

For travellers aged 14 or over, the public form requests identity document, contact details, and a signature. The traveller must accept the privacy policy; marketing consent is optional.

Language and device verification#

The page uses the reservation language when supported and provides a language selector. The signature is drawn on screen, but the complete path does not yet have general acceptance on phone, tablet, or desktop.

Before sending it to the first real guest, use a reservation without sensitive data to test the intended combination: language, one adult, a minor where relevant, validation, signature, failure, resumption, and final confirmation. Include orientation and zoom in the test when they will be used. If a control is missing or submission is not confirmed, do not ask the guest to repeat real data: use an already verified combination or the agency's assisted procedure. Do not assume offline operation.

When it expires#

Private check-in access lasts until scheduled check-out. After expiration, a correctly signed general reservation link opens the anonymized historical shell: the reservation reference and private details are hidden, and check-in and the private guest area are unavailable. The Holidario Assistant can generate this anonymized link for an authorized, non-cancelled past reservation; it does not reactivate guest access.

Do not extend a stay by changing the link. Correct the reservation dates through the authorized workflow and generate access again.

Expected result#

The guest opens the correct reservation, registers each traveller once, and the registration count reaches the expected party size.
