Automatic Holidario Channel Manager preparation

Before connecting Booking.com or Airbnb, Holidario automatically prepares a technical property, room, and rate plan for each operation. It also configures event delivery and, when applicable, the cleaning fee.

You do not need to start a synchronization, identify those records, or edit them.

Before you start#

Confirm that:

• an active short-term rental operation exists;
• the property has the correct name, address, and location;
• the operation has the correct capacity and cleaning fee;
• you have added at least one supported listing;
• Holidario Channel Manager shows as connected.

How automatic preparation works#

Holidario periodically checks active operations for teams with a connected Channel Manager. When it finds a supported operation that is not ready yet, it creates or completes its infrastructure without requiring an action from you.

Preparation runs in the background. Until it finishes, the operation may not be ready to connect its listing. Do not create another property, operation, or listing to try to accelerate it.

Confirm the result#

An operation is prepared when:

• its operation page shows the supported listing under Connected Channels;
• you can continue with the connection controls provided directly by Holidario.

Continue with the pre-activation readiness checklist.

If the connection is still not ready#

• Confirm that the operation is active and belongs to the correct team.
• Review its name, address, location, capacity, and cleaning fee.
• Confirm that at least one supported listing has a verified identifier.
• Refresh the screen once after allowing time for automatic processing.
• Do not create duplicate records or seek direct access to the technical provider.

If it still does not appear, ask for help with the team, operation, and approximate time. Do not include OTA credentials.
