Prepare Holidario Channel Manager infrastructure

Before connecting Booking.com or Airbnb, Holidario prepares a technical property, room, and rate plan for each operation. It also configures event delivery and, when applicable, the cleaning fee.

You do not need to identify or edit those technical records.

Before you start#

Confirm that:

• an active short-term rental operation exists;
• the property has the correct name, address, and location;
• the operation has the correct capacity and cleaning fee;
• you have added at least one supported listing;
• Holidario Channel Manager shows as connected;
• you have permission to update it.

Synchronize pending rentals#

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Holidario Channel Manager.
3. Find Prepare Holidario Channel Manager Infrastructure.
4. Expand the list and confirm every operation shown.
5. Select Sync Missing Rentals once.
6. Wait for the message stating how many operations are being synchronized.
7. Refresh after the background work has had time to finish and review the list.

The action runs in the background. The first message confirms that work was submitted, not that every operation finished successfully.

Confirm the result#

An operation is prepared when:

• it disappears from the pending or failed list;
• it appears among the properties under Channel Connections;
• Map Channels opens that property's configuration without an error;
• the infrastructure Pending Task clears.

Errors and recovery#

• Permission missing: an administrator must grant update-channel-manager or complete the step.
• The rental remains pending: allow the job to finish, refresh once, and check for an attempt time or error.
• Last sync failed appears: retain the exact text, correct the related local data first, and retry once.
• The error reports partial technical data: do not create another property or listing. Request a repair and include the operation and error.
• No synchronized property appears: confirm that the operation is enabled and has supported listing details.

If the second attempt fails, ask for help with the team, operation, time, and message. Do not include OTA credentials.
