This workflow transmits personal data through your organization's configured authority connection. Use it only after an administrator has configured a supported certificate and the establishment identifier for each operation.
The responsible operator must determine the obligations and deadlines that apply to the accommodation. Holidario performs the technical submission; it does not replace that decision.
Before submitting#

For each reservation, confirm:
- correct reservation, property, and dates;
- registered travellers have been confirmed for the party that will actually stay;
- complete, verified details for each traveller;
- an adult relationship for every minor;
- an establishment identifier configured on the operation;
- an active reservation that is not cancelled, an owner block, or a no-show.
A reservation may show, for example, 1/4 guests checked in and still be ready when only one person will actually stay. The booking selection is a reference: confirm the real party and do not infer missing travellers from that ratio alone.
Read the widget#
Under Dashboard > Guest Check-in Status:
- Completed - Awaiting submission means at least one traveller is registered and no accepted communication is recorded yet;
- Incomplete check-ins shows past stays with no registered traveller;
- Failed submissions shows the latest known failure and a link to the reservation.
Eligible records may also enter scheduled automatic processing. Do not assume the manual button is the only submission path.
Submit one reservation#
- Open the reservation from the widget.
- Repeat the party check under Check-in.
- Under Actions, select Process Check-in.
- Do not select it again while processing.
- Reload later to check the result.
Submit in bulk#
- Review every card under Completed - Awaiting submission.
- Confirm that registered travellers correspond to the actual party; use the booking count only as a reference.
- Select Send all.
- Verify the reservation count in the dialog and confirm once.
The success notice means jobs have been queued. It does not mean the authority has already accepted every record.
Confirm the result#
After processing:
- the reservation leaves the pending list;
- Process Check-in is shown as sent or disabled;
- check-in and contract documents may appear on the reservation;
- any rejected reservation appears under Failed submissions.
PDF generation may fail after the communication has been accepted. A missing document alone does not prove that submission failed.
If it fails#
Do not select the action repeatedly. Open the reservation, retain the error text, and follow Resolve check-in submission problems.
Expected result#
Each validated stay is submitted once, leaves the pending state, and any rejection is identified for recovery.
