Open and review an assigned cleaning task
Confirm the task, rental, date, and instructions before travelling or starting work.

- I am an external cleaning provider

On this page
Open the task from Dashboard > Weekly Cleaning Schedule, a notification, or a link provided by the agency. For an external cleaning provider, the weekly widget shows only work assigned to an active provider record linked to the signed-in account and current team. It has no assignment controls. Select the external-link icon beside a task to open its cleaner work view in a new browser tab. Every route remains subject to your session, active team, task authorization, and assignment; a link does not grant access by itself.
If your tenant enabled the Holidario Assistant, you can also open Find something > Cleaning task > Assigned to me today (DD/MM/YYYY). This option appears only for cleaning employees and external cleaning providers. Its visible date is calculated for the current operational day. Holidario derives the employee or provider record linked to your account on the server and returns only today's tasks assigned to that record that you remain authorized to read; you do not enter your user or company identifier. Every result appears as its own verified Open resource card leading to the task's work view. The card uses the related operation name as its label; it does not use an automatically generated task title. If the list is empty, confirm the tenant, displayed date, and assignment with the agency—it does not mean you may search another worker's tasks. You may then ask for a different date in the same conversation: a follow-up such as “and 6 November 2025?” remains scoped to tasks assigned to you and uses the server-derived employee or provider identity. Use Find another cleaning task for the separate general locator, which may return other tasks you are authorized to view and must never describe them as assigned or not assigned to you because that search does not inspect your assignment.
On mobile, the Assistant opens in Holidario's full-screen modal: its header and message field stay fixed while only the conversation scrolls. You can type while Holidario creates or restores the session; Send becomes available when the authorized session is ready. If you dismiss the keyboard or move focus away to check another detail, tap the ordinary message field again as often as needed and continue the same draft.
When a search has more results than fit on one screen, the verified card shows the total and numbered page controls. Selecting a page only sends an ordinary text request to the chat; you may also type “page 4”. Holidario retains the encrypted search continuation on the server and rechecks your permissions before returning that page. Selection numbers continue across pages. To choose a task, use Select on its card so the chat sends the exact number instead of asking the AI provider to infer a resource from its name.
Before travelling#
Review these details at the top of the task:
- status and scheduled date;
- public rental name and location;
- navigation link, when available;
- displayed access, key, departure, or cleaning instructions; and
- requested checklist and evidence.
Do not rely on details remembered from another stay if they conflict with the current task. Ask the agency before travelling if the address or essential instructions are missing.
What the assigned task must show#

The view brings together the operational details intended for that cleaning. An external provider can open only tasks authorized through their assignments and should not expect access to the full reservation or other agency tasks.
Before relying on this view in the field, the agency must verify on the intended device and browser that every detail above appears, the link requires the correct account and team, and an unrelated task is denied. The check covers only that combination. If information is missing, clipped, or cannot be verified, do not travel: use an already verified device or ask the agency to confirm and hand over the work through its approved procedure. Do not assume offline access.
Initial states#
- Pending or assigned: review the details; do not check off the list yet.
- In progress: cleaning has started and the checklist can be updated.
- Completed: review the result. Do not reopen it without a reason and without notifying the agency.
- Not found or denied: the team, assignment, or your access state does not match.
If the task does not open#
- Sign in with the account invited by the agency.
- Select the correct team and reopen the link.
- Ask the agency to confirm the exact provider record and assignment.
- If the task was reassigned or cancelled, do not travel based on an old screenshot or link.
When asking for help, include the visible task identifier, time, and a screenshot without guest data. Never send passwords or personal access codes.
Next step#
When everything matches, follow Complete a cleaning task and provide evidence.
