Read and verify the statistics report

The Statistics report calculates team data when the page opens. It is a read-only operational view: filtering or selecting a sample operation recalculates what is displayed, but does not change reservations, guests, capacities, or prices. It can support statistical preparation; it does not submit information to INE and does not replace an official declaration.

The screen does not turn its tables into cards on narrow devices. On mobile, scroll horizontally inside each table to reach columns outside the viewport; use a wider device when you need to compare many dates and apartment types at once.

Choose the period and properties#

1. Open Finance > Statistics report and confirm the active team.
2. Choose a start and end date. The report supports an end date no more than thirty days after the start; a later end date is adjusted to that limit.
3. Under Filter properties, select the required operations. No selection means all operations in the team.
4. Select Apply and check the displayed period before reading the tables.

The selected dates and properties are retained in that browser. After switching teams, review and apply the filter again so that you do not interpret a previous selection.

The report excludes reservations cancelled on the external channel and owner blocks. It includes reservations that overlap the period, even when they started earlier or finish later.

Apply only updates the filters and recalculates the view. The current report has no Export or Download action and does not generate a file. If you need to share a verification, record the team, period, and properties, then use the approved method outside this screen.

Guest origin#

The TOTAL column counts registered people whose reservation check-in falls within the period. The daily columns count overnight stays for those people from the check-in records associated with each reservation.

The region comes from the person's residence country and province. A guest without a record, without an associated person, or with an unresolved residence cannot be classified correctly. The number entered when booking does not replace the people who were actually registered.

If a figure appears low, review Register guests and complete check-in first, not the booked occupant count.

When reviewing many dates on mobile, keep the first column as your reference and scroll the table horizontally to inspect each day; the off-screen columns have not been removed.

Capacity and occupancy#

• Capacity summary counts each operation with at least one included reservation once and groups it by configured capacity.
• Apartment occupancy counts distinct occupied operations for each night.
• Total occupants counts check-in records for reservations present that night.
• Extra beds sums the capacity of assigned beds identified as sofas.
• Days by apartment type totals occupied nights and groups them by operation capacity.

A property without reservations in the period does not appear in the capacity summary. A zero can mean no reservations, missing registered guests, or incomplete data; compare it with at least one reservation from the same date.

Apartment types use their configured labels literally: Estudio, 2/4 pax, 4/6 pax, and more. The report does not translate those labels in this table; use the same names when comparing figures or requesting support.

Average prices#

The table combines two sources:

• for a sold night, it divides the reservation gross amount by its number of nights;
• for an unsold night, it uses the price calculated from rate plans and rules.

It is therefore neither realized ADR alone nor published price alone. Sold-night percentages are calculated over dates for which a usable price exists.

Each capacity column lets you choose a sample operation. Average (all) aggregates the operations in that category; selecting a sample recalculates that column without changing the global filter. After loading, confirm that the selected name remains visible.

Some content comes from report configuration and keeps its current labels regardless of the interface language. You may therefore see Rest of America, Estudio, more, and the search prompt Search.... They do not represent different categories, and this guide preserves them instead of inventing labels that the product does not display.

Verify before sharing#

1. Record the team, period, and included properties.
2. Compare one arrival and one overnight stay with the reservation and its registered guests.
3. Compare one operation with its configured capacity.
4. Compare one sold night and one free night with the reservation and pricing calendar.
5. Explain in writing any guest without residence data, operation without capacity, or date without a price.

Do not present the table as financial reconciliation, as proof of submission to an authority, or as a file exported by Holidario.

Empty states, errors, and recovery#

• Every table is zero: temporarily remove the property filter and try a period with a known reservation.
• A property is missing: confirm that it is a short-term rental operation in the team and that the stored filter does not exclude it.
• Guest origin is wrong: correct residence in the person's record; do not manually reassign a region in the report.
• Occupants are lower than expected: check registered people, not the booked count.
• Average price is unexpected: separate sold nights from calculated prices, then review gross amount and stay length.
• The end date changes: the requested period exceeded the supported maximum; split it into several reports.
• Loading fails or takes too long: reduce the period and properties once. If it continues, escalate the team, filters, time, and section without attaching personal data.
