Configure the team's operational language

The operational language is a whole-team preference. Holidario uses it for compatible AI-created internal tickets and operational notes. It does not change the personal language of the whole interface, this documentation, or guest-facing content.

Before changing it#

• You need to administer the team; an invited person without manage-team must ask the administrator.
• Agree whether internal processes will be handled in Spanish or English.
• Identify a non-sensitive case that can verify the result after saving.
• Tell the people who write, review, or receive automatically generated internal content.

The change is shared. Do not use it to try to correct the interface language seen by one person.

Configure and verify it#

1. Confirm the active team.
2. Open Settings > General.
3. Under Operational language, select Spanish or English.
4. Select Update language and wait for the settings-updated notice.
5. Reopen the section and confirm the saved value.
6. Create or review a compatible non-sensitive case and verify the resulting language.

Changing the value does not translate existing records, tickets, messages, or notes. It also does not guarantee that every module or integration uses this preference.

If the result does not match#

• confirm that you changed the correct team;
• distinguish new text from previously saved content;
• verify that the specific workflow uses the operational language;
• do not alternate the value repeatedly as a test;
• record the team, screen, saved value, checked workflow, and observed result without sensitive data.

If the problem is one person's interface language, return to Complete your profile and understand language settings. If it is a time difference, the operational language will not correct it: review the timezone boundary.
