Keep work-related communication inside the ticket. This allows the next shift to understand decisions, evidence, and pending work without searching through personal messages.
Send a useful update#

- Open the correct ticket and review its participants.
- Describe the current situation in one clear sentence.
- State the next action, responsible person, and any dependency.
- Attach photographs or documents only when they help verify the problem or repair.
- Wait for the upload to finish and confirm that the message appears in the conversation.
Protect information#
- Avoid photographing identity documents, screens, access codes, or guests' belongings.
- Do not attach more personal information than necessary.
- Never send passwords or verification codes.
- If an image contains sensitive information, take it again or edit it before uploading.
If a file does not upload#
Keep the original, check your connection, and retry from the same ticket. Do not treat the work as documented until you can see the file in the conversation. If the error continues, send a text update first and request the agreed secure channel for the evidence.
