Guests and operations
Check the information in the guest area
Open a safe property preview, find its FAQs, and answer without editing content or sharing the internal link.

Use this preview to check what a property publishes before answering a guest. It does not represent a particular reservation and is not a content-editing workflow.
Open the correct property#

- Confirm the active team and the property in the enquiry.
- Open its short-term rental operation.
- Under Actions, select Access Guest Area.
- Holidario generates a signed, single-use link valid for about 20 seconds and opens it in another tab.
- If it expires before opening, generate another from the operation. Do not modify its URL.
The image shows the action before it is selected: seeing the button neither generates nor consumes a link. Holidario creates the preview only when you select Access Guest Area.
Never copy or send this link to the guest. It is an internal preview, not the personal access for a stay.
Check the published answer#

- Scroll to Frequently Asked Questions.
- Review questions labelled Property-specific first: they appear before the general questions.
- Verify that the question and answer match the language you are serving.
- Confirm that the information is still valid for current dates, times, and procedure.
- Check stay-specific details against the reservation and thread; the preview does not contain its real context.
Do not use a general FAQ to confirm a key code, payment, completed check-in, individual exception, or reservation change.
Answer within your authority#
- When the content is correct and answers the question, reply through the authorized thread and share only the guest access for that reservation when procedure requires it.
- When an answer is missing, provide only information approved by the agency and record the improvement for the content owner.
- When an FAQ is wrong, do not repeat it to the guest. Route the correction and use the current operational source.
- Route pricing, conditions, safety, access, and contractual exceptions even when a similar answer exists.
The default Front desk role may expose controls to create, edit, reorder, or delete FAQs. Technical visibility does not grant editorial authority: do not use them unless the agency has explicitly delegated that responsibility to you.
When something fails#
- The action is absent: confirm the authorized operation and read permissions; request the specific access, not full administration.
- The link returns access denied: generate a new one from the operation; do not reuse the old link.
- No FAQs appear: confirm the property, then route review of state or attachment.
- The language is incomplete or falls back unexpectedly: record the property, language, question, and displayed text.
- Sensitive information is published: do not copy or share it; notify the owner immediately.
To request a correction, provide the property, language, question, current text, proposed change, and reason. Do not include the signed link or guest personal data.
