The Daily PMS Agenda is the recommended starting point for a front-desk or operations shift. It gathers daily activity, but it does not replace checking the reservation before changing data or contacting a guest.

Start of shift#

  1. Confirm the active team.
  2. Open Dashboard and find Daily PMS Agenda.
  3. Check the selected date and select Reload data.
  4. Review Pending check-ins, Check-outs, and Tickets due today first.
  5. Use the link icon to open a reservation whenever you need context or must act.

What each section means#

  • Pending check-ins: reservations starting that day with no registered traveller yet.
  • Completed check-ins: reservations with at least one registered traveller. The count selected at booking is indicative; confirm the actual party whenever you need to know whether companions still need to register.
  • Check-outs: reservations ending that day and the property's operational release state.
  • Owner blocks: internal occupancy, separated from guest stays.
  • New reservations: records created on the selected date, not necessarily stays arriving that day.
  • Apartments to review: properties the system identifies as free after occupancy and without immediate occupancy.
  • Cleaning, payments, and tickets: shown according to enabled modules, permissions, and available data.

Departure time is not recorded in this panel. An empty field is not confirmation that a guest has left.

  1. Resolve arrivals without guest records.
  2. Review urgent messages and today's arrivals.
  3. Coordinate keys and cleaning when those functions are enabled.
  4. Physically confirm departures before marking a property as free.
  5. Review due payments and tickets.
  6. Open Reservations for searches that do not fit the selected date.

Export lists#

The Check-ins, Check-outs, Reviews, and Cleaning buttons generate documents for the selected date. Before sharing:

  • verify the date in the heading;
  • follow your agency's personal-data policy;
  • share only with people who need the information;
  • remove local copies under your organization's procedure.

If the agenda looks incomplete#

Reload once, confirm team and date, then check whether your role can access the affected reservations. An empty section may mean no authorized data is available; it does not mean all work is complete.

Before using the agenda on a smaller screen#

The agenda does not yet have general acceptance for phone or tablet. Before using it during a shift, the agency must test the intended size for date selection, refresh, every required section, reservation links, and applicable exports.

If a card is truncated, a control is missing, or the link does not allow the reservation to be verified, do not decide from that summary. Continue on a larger screen the agency has already verified, or hand the case to the shift lead.

Expected result#

After review, you can list the day's arrivals, departures, incidents, and owners, with a clear next step for every pending item.
