Listing details tell Holidario which accommodation on an OTA belongs to an operation. Adding this reference does not connect or activate the channel.

Before you start#

You need team-management permission and access to the correct operation. Open the listing on the OTA and prepare:

  • the platform;
  • a recognizable listing name;
  • the exact listing identifier;
  • the public URL, when available.

Do not copy the identifier from another property owned by the same host or account. Display names may be similar; the identifier distinguishes the listing.

Add the listing#

  1. Open Operations and select the correct rental.
  2. On the Setup tab, select Channels.
  3. Select Add channel. Add connected channel opens.
  4. Choose the platform.
  5. Enter Listing name and Listing ID.
  6. Add the complete public URL if you have it.
  7. Select Add Channel.

Holidario does not allow two references for the same platform on one operation. Holidario and Offline are also excluded from the available OTA platforms.

Verify the result#

After saving, you return to the operation page; if the card is not visible, select Channels on the Setup tab again. The operation shows a new card with the platform, name, identifier, and public link. Compare every value with the live listing before preparing infrastructure or connecting it.

Before you complete the Channel Manager flow, the card may show Not connected. Treat this as a local reference state: by itself it does not prove that the listing is genuinely disconnected or rule out a temporary provider lookup failure. Verify the saved details first, then continue with the channel-specific check.

On Booking.com and Airbnb cards, the Listing Status and Booking session (or Airbnb session) rows check the OTA account, not the details you just saved. They show Session expired when the operation has no valid session for that account or the check cannot complete. If you have not connected the OTA account to this operation yet, this is expected and does not indicate a problem with the listing details.

Correct existing details#

  1. Select the edit icon on the platform card. Edit connected channel opens.
  2. Correct the name, identifier, or URL.
  3. Select Save Changes and confirm that you return to the same card.

If the listing has a stored connection error, the dialog shows it as Last channel connection error. Saving a correction clears that error, but it does not prove that the new value is correct. Retry the channel check afterward.

Errors and recovery#

  • The platform is already configured: edit the existing card; do not create another operation.
  • The saved platform is wrong: quick edit cannot change it or remove the card. Do not reuse the card with another platform's identifier; leave that flow and request correction through the full edit path or the account administrator before synchronizing.
  • Invalid URL: use the complete public address, including https://, or leave the field empty.
  • Add channel or the Channels section is missing: you lack permission or no additional platforms are available for that operation.
  • You do not know the identifier: do not substitute the URL. Confirm it in the OTA account or with its administrator.
  • The listing belongs to another property: stop and correct the reference before any synchronization.
