Update the status of a maintenance ticket
Keep the work status aligned with the real situation and leave enough context for the agency.

The status coordinates the agency, front desk, and provider. Change it when the actual situation changes, not simply to remove the ticket from a list.
Update it correctly#

- Open the assigned ticket.
- Review the latest conversation so you do not overwrite a recent decision.
- Select the status action available to your account.
- Add a brief message explaining what changed, what remains pending, and who needs to act.
- Check that the new status appears after saving.
Do not mark it as complete when#
- the repair has not been verified;
- another visit, part, or authorization is still pending;
- the problem may affect a guest and the agency does not know yet;
- the requested evidence has not been attached;
- the work performed differs from the agreed scope.
If the change fails#
Do not click repeatedly without checking the result. Reload the ticket, keep a copy of the text you intended to send, and retry once. If it still fails, report the issue to the agency with the ticket, time, and attempted action, without sharing credentials.
